Regina is the co-founder of Live A Lot chocolate, which she and her sister started to share truly nourishing superfood infused chocolate that preserves the healing benefits of cacao. She’s also the artist behind Badass Women Photos, a photography experience that celebrates women and invites them to express freely and shine their light. When she’s not thinking about chocolate or photographing badasses, Regina teaches with RISE Yoga for Youth, a non-profit bringing mindfulness and wellness education to adolescents, sharing tools to manage stress and develop a positive relationship with themselves. In all of her pursuits, she’s committed to reflecting more joy into the world and encouraging others to own their personal power.
