Rebecca Yarbrough

Rebecca Yarbrough is the Director of Growth for Virgil Security, a DC-area startup that secures the Internet by making it easy for developers to add end-to-end encryption and other security features to their apps, servers and IoT devices. She also serves as Community Lead for the Vinetta Project in DC, a leading ecosystem that connects high growth female entrepreneurs to capital to scale their businesses. Previously, she was the Founder and President of the Offline Society, a startup bridging the online-offline gap in modern dating through tech-curated group events. She also served as Director of Business Development and Strategy at Direct Energy Solar, formerly Astrum Solar, a renewable energy growth company acquired for $54 million in 2014. Rebecca graduated from Kenyon College.
