Rebecca Williams has been helping people communicate for over two decades, in two languages, and in five countries. Her theater training and early career experience as an English as a Second Language instructor taught her what it takes to command attention and deliver a strong message, even across cultural divides.
In her full-service communications consultancy, Rebecca has worked with founders and professionals at organizations including Google, Yamaha, and the Stanford Graduate School of Business to help them speak clearly, speak for impact, and craft compelling narratives. She offers presentation skills training, story development and coaching, and one-on-one and group communications coaching.
Rebecca launched Rise & Shine, a public speaking school for women, in 2021 because she saw women struggling to speak up, stand out, and take the stage. Her mission is to help purpose-driven women find their voice so they can change the world with their leadership.
