Bec ensures data is at the front and centre of marketing and growth decisions and empowers her teams to think bigger picture when it comes to the everyday marketing decisions. Thinking of the customers first is how Bec has found success in her previous roles - across customer interactions, personalisation, consumer trends and product led growth. In the past couple of years she led the ClassPass international marketing team to launch in 15 markets, in 10 languages, in 12 months and is now excited to bring that speed-to-market, and international scale to the team at Clipchamp.
