    Rebecca Sholiton

    Co-Founder and CEO, EatPakd

    Chicago

Before founding EatPakd, Rebecca worked at Deloitte Consulting in its Strategy & Operations practice where she focused on Mergers & Acquisition and Customer Experience projects. In 2011, Rebecca left Deloitte for Peru, where she built business advisory programs for female entrepreneurs working in the food, restaurant and textile industries. Working with the Goldman Sachs and USAID, Rebecca designed and executed business education and advisory programs that impacted more than 1,500 female entrepreneurs. These experiences led Rebecca to found a consultancy based in Lima, Peru that works with micro-finance institutions, large corporations, non-profits and international aid organizations to use entrepreneurship as a sustainable path to economic development.

She is also the founder of the new Women’s Leadership seminar at the Kellogg School of Management which prepares graduating female students to understand unconscious biases in the workplace and take strategic risks as they start new careers.

An avid adventurer, Rebecca has visited 40+ countries and spent the summer of 2008 cycling from Austin, Texas to Anchorage, Alaska to raise funds for the MD Anderson Cancer Center. Rebecca has an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and degrees in Finance + History from the University of Texas at Austin.
