Rebecca Burrows, General Manager Small Business, is responsible for bringing the best of Australia Post to Australia’s entrepreneurial and small business community, helping them go online, grow their business and start selling overseas

With her genuine passion for entrepreneurship and strong operational, commercial and marketing background, Rebecca is well-placed to help create and extend personalised small business experiences across our digital and unparalleled physical channels.

She is a member of the Australia Post Management Committee and is the State Enterprise Leader for Victoria. An innovative leader, she drives excellence by harnessing the talents of diverse, highly engaged teams.

Rebecca previously held the role of General Manager Business Hubs, responsible for a network of over 50 operational sites across the country with over 2000 operational, customer service and sales staff. Prior to joining Australia Post in 2011, Rebecca held a number of commercial and change leadership roles at Shell - both in Australia and Globally.

Rebecca holds degrees in Business (Marketing) and Arts from Monash University. She won the Monash Marketing Award for Excellence in Strategic Marketing in 2001 and, in 2006, she was awarded the Global Shell Presidents award for Sales Leadership and Change Management. Rebecca is a council member of Bialik College, where her 2 sons are in Grade 3 and Grade 1.
