Raymond is currently the founder of Locusta.AI an AI Safety and Governance startup that is creating products to govern the use of AI in a responsible manner. He has over 10+ years in experience working with large(petabyte) datasets and developing predictive models in both Fortune 500 Companies and leading Start-Ups like SAP and Chope. Raymond hold a doctorate in Computer Science from University of Leipzig and the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics in the Sciences. He has has consistently been recognized for his contributions to academia with several publications in leading academic and industry journals. His most recent article was for the Singapore Computer Society’s AI Ethics and Governance Book of Knowledge.
