Prior to gini, Ray worked for Citigroup Global Markets where he worked first in the firm’s Asia Investor Sales division before becoming a Vice President in the Global Credit Trading division where Ray originated, structured, distributed and executed structured finance transactions. During this time Ray was responsible for a number of bespoke transactions including several regulatory capital-related trades, tax credit financing and loan securitizations.
Ray began his career at Amias Berman (now Orion Investments Limited) as an Analyst on the Alternative Assets Group trading desk where he was responsible for analysing all non-flow credit instruments.
Ray received his Bsc (Hons) from Kings College London.
