Ray has been with ECA Fashion since 2009 where he manages brand production status and logistics for direct shipments, making sure products arrive quickly and efficiently into ECA’s specific markets of distribution. In addition, Ray manages and creates written and digital content for ECA's sales reps and distribution partners. His experience encompasses nearly all aspects of the children’s fashion industry; from production to compliance, and from marketing to B2B/B2C sales relationships.
Ray is currently heading the ReTexNow project for ECA Fashion in Wake County, NC. Its mission is to generate more awareness around the impacts of textile waste, to partner with organizations willing to harmonize collection, sorting, and distribution initiatives, and to reduce American waste exports by promoting innovative solutions to create more jobs around the burgeoning sector of the apparel industry of reuse garments and textile recycling.
