Ravi Ravulaparthi is a seasoned Investment Banker and an entrepreneur. He is the CEO and Co-founder of Qapita - a fintech startup digitising equity ownership in startups in the SEA region.
Prior to his Qapita stint, he worked for about 17 years in investment banking and corporate development space in Asia Pacific. He started his career with the Tata Group and then moved onto banking roles in Macquarie and BNP Paribas. Most recently he was with Rippledot, an independent financial advisory firm based out of Singapore. His areas of expertise includes capital raising, corporate finance advisory, M&A, principal investments, debt financing, leveraged finance & corporate strategy.
He is also an angel investor in multiple startups in the region. He enjoys working closely with entrepreneurs advising them on transactions and strategy.
Ravi is an engineering graduate from IIT Chennai and an MBA from IIM Bangalore.
