Ravi is the Senior Technical Manager and Chief Technical Mentor of 3Ms Innovation Incubator. He advises start-ups on technical direction and roadmaps, and helps circumnavigate technical challenges in the Incubation process. Ravi is an avid inventor, holding >150 Invention Submissions, with 75 patents filed across countries. He created the Flexible Circuits global technology platform led out of Singapore and is responsible for several new product launches. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry (Polymer chemistry) from the University of Mysore (India) and a Post- Doctorate Fellow from Philipps University Marburg (Germany).
