Randolph first started working for GA in 2016 for the in-person Digital Marketing course run out of the former Santa Monica campus in Los Angeles. He is currently Product Marketing Manager for Square working out of their London office and leading the go-to-market strategy, localisation and execution for new product and feature launches in the UK. He is a former co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer at ARROE, a battery tech startup also based in the UK where he brought to market several products including a portable battery and smart charging system for laptops, a consumer mobile app and an enterprise SaaS tool for businesses. And prior to this in Washington DC and New York he joined SocialCode, a performance advertising agency that ran some of the very first ads on Facebook, helping to scale the business from 15 to 300+ employees.
