Ramya is a UX designer focussing both in research and UI/UX Design for Smartsheet. With a degree in engineering management, work as UX designer and experience running a company, her background is not traditional. Her experience spans 4+ years in the industry working with startups to Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft and Deloitte. Being a former entrepreneur, Ramya also has great stories to share about how a human centric design helped her build a successful product for her own company, Kards (an online wedding invitation platform). Aside from design and technology, Ramya's interests include traveling and oil painting.
