Ramin is a proud Canadian working in Singapore at Zendesk (formerly Zopim) for the last two years as a Senior Product Manager collaborating with other product managers on the Chat product. At Zendesk, Ramin works with the engineering teams to build out the Chat widget experience and the iPhone/Android mobile apps. Recently, the team he works with created the Web SDK which allows businesses ultimate control over the look and feel of the chat experience on their website.
Prior to Zendesk, Ramin was a product manager at an online accounting/invoicing service called FreshBooks in Toronto. Originally a member of the support team at FreshBooks, his career moved into the product management track to build out the Android and iOS apps.
Ramin holds a degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Cinema Studies from the University of Toronto. Ramin is an avid dragon boat paddler, Toronto Blue Jays fan, and burrito fanatic.
