Rajesh has over seven years of experience applying Data Science solutions on a wide set of problems in the tech industry. He started his career at ZS Associates, a management consulting company, and then went on to work for Google, Amazon, and Microsoft to build world-class data enabled products. He was a co-founder of a Tech startup that was featured in Geekwire in 2015. Rajesh holds a Masters from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Currently, he is leading the Personalization efforts for NordstromRack, and also pursuing his personal endeavor of helping business leaders to build AI/ML-based products
