Rain Khoo is a DEI trainer and consultant. He is passionate about inclusion and equality for all in society. Rain founded Dignité Brands, which works on DEI in corporate cultures and delivering social impact through consumer brands. Dignité's portfolio includes InclusivelyAsia, the LEGO Group, BNY Mellon and SGEnable. He co-founded TransgenderSG.com in 2017, Singapore’s volunteer-run resource site for the transgender community and its allies.

His career over 2 decades spanned design, branding and eCommerce. Rain is a seasoned team leader and coach. He currently gives back as a mentor at SMU’s Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and serves in the P&G Alumni (Singapore) committee.
