Chief Executive Officer, ANANT

Washington, D.C.

Rahul knows over 30 programming languages and has been using java since he was 14 (18 years) and .Net when it was pre-Beta (14 years). His approach to computing and technology is to not reinvent the wheel and use the best tools available to solve the problems at hand. He has taught a full web development track at Boston University's CDIA, trained growing organizations on enterprise architecture, and given seminars on online presence and strategy.

Rahul's day job is to serve as the Chief Executive Officer at Anant Corporation. Externally he creates and sells solutions to organizations that have problems with information. Internally he works with the CTO to build the open source .NET frameworks for Appleseed Portal, Appleseed Search, and Appleseed Base which are used across client projects. His most important project beyond his day to day responsibility is to manage the creation of KonoTree, the firm's first public software as a service that will help normal people add, relate and find information across their different online tools such as SalesForce, DropBox, and Google Apps without programming
