    Rafiell Jones {PMF Class of 2003 - NASA HQ} serves as a Program Analyst and Strategic Foresight professional at the Office of Personnel Management. He is the Lead for the Closing Skill Gaps Initiative for the Federal Human Capital Community. He is an active member the Federal Foresight Community of Interest, a quarterly gathering of like-minded Strategic Foresight professionals in Federal Government, academia, and the private sector.

    Rafiell has been an essential player in OPM’s establishment of a Strategic Foresight presence to assist in Federal Human Capital Management, to include the development of the first ever Government wide environmental scanning endeavor. He has received various awards and recognition for his work in Closing Skill Gaps.

    Rafiell served in the United States Air Force for 20 years and has earned a Bachelor's of Arts and a Masters of International Management both from Whitworth University.
