Rachel Stack
SVP, Corporate Strategy and Development, Zayo

Rachel Stack is Zayo’s Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Development. She joined in 2016 and leads Zayo’s mergers & acquisitions, strategy, sustainability and capital markets efforts. Prior to Zayo, Rachel was a Director in RBC’s Communications, Media and Entertainment group where she worked with large telecom and communications infrastructure companies. During her time at RBC's investment bank, she led the execution of more than 25 M&A transactions totaling more than $3BN and 50 financings totaling $150BN. Prior to RBC, Rachel was an Associate at Daniels & Associates, a telecom focused investment banking boutique based in Denver. Rachel received her MBA from Columbia Business School and her BA in Economics from Columbia University.
