Rachel attended the United States Military Academy at West Point. Following graduation, she was commissioned as an Army Engineer Officer and deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. She separated from the military after 5 years on active duty and immediately jumped into to the startup world. She joined the service team at Lola in 2015 and moved to the product team in 2016. She’s currently the product manager for Lola’s service tools and web products.
