For over fifteen years, Rachel has managed websites for a variety of companies and organizations, small and large, including the World Health Organization. She has broad experience in understanding team dynamics, having managed web teams both abroad and stateside. She has worn many hats, from coding websites by hand to managing large migration and integration projects. After leaving her last day job in 2013, Rachel has consulted on web projects and continues to focus on building She Geeks Out as the premiere organization supporting women in STEAM. Rachel loves to travel and exercise, loves wine, and gets to the beach as often as a carless city dweller can.
