Rachel Livingston graduated from MIT with a degree in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Biomedical Engineering. After a short stint in the engineering world at companies like ExxonMobil, 3M and The Clorox Company, she caught the NYC startup bug and hasn't looked back since. Rachel currently works as the Director of Digital Service and Customer Experience at Audible, an Amazon company. A global operations leader with previous roles at Gilt Groupe, Flight Club and Zola, Rachel has used Data Analytics to drive growth and meet operational KPI’s for customer experience, fraud management and operations teams.
When not creating models in Excel or writing queries in SQL, she can be found waiting in line for rush tickets for Broadway shows in Times Square or singing in her barbershop quartet Confidence Intervals.
In recognition of her exemplary service in the classroom, Rachel was selected as a member of General Assembly's Distinguished Faculty program. Rachel also served as a member of GA's Product Advisory Board for our data analytics courses.
