In December 2017, she launched her coaching company, specializing in guiding professionals through their career journeys. By leveraging NLP coaching tools and methodologies, Rachel helps clients shift mindsets, behaviors, and habits to achieve their career goals.
Rachel passionately empowers individuals with the tools they need to make informed career choices and find fulfillment in their professional lives. She works with clients to uncover their life purpose and develop actionable plans to reach their goals. With over 200 hours of training and close to 3,000 coaching hours, she is a Certified NLP Coach & Psychotherapist and holds a PCC certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
