Rachel is the Head of Boston Operations for Uplift – a modern meditation experience based in Boston. Uplift’s unique content and technique delivers a non-religious, science-based mindfulness technique that works. Uplift’s mindfulness classes help you sharpen your mind, manage stress, improve your memory, sleep better, and improve your heart health. Rachel coordinates and leads group guided meditation classes, workshops, and private events for Uplift. She also manages their corporate offerings through Uplift at Work, a program in which Uplift’s expert instructors lead on-site group or one-on-one mindfulness sessions for employees, executives or customers. Rachel graduated from Boston University with a Masters in Public Health.
