Rachel is the Head of Product Marketing at StashAway. In 2016, she joined StashAway as the fourth employee and first marketing team member. She was the product UX writer and marketing copywriter for five years, led the marketing strategy for StashAway Simple™️, and led the localisation strategies for Malaysia, MENA, Hong Kong, and Thailand. Now, she’s on the product team, leading product marketing.
For her, building a career has always been about finding a way to marry financial inclusion and communications. Before StashAway, she dabbled quite a bit looking for the sweet spot that she finally found at StashAway: She took on a range of roles, including microfinance in Uganda and Vietnam, and brand copywriting, private equity, and economic development non-profits in the US.
Rachel lives in Singapore. She grew up in the US, and really misses cheap pizza and beer.
