Rachel Brooks is the Product Management Lead for Instagram's Equity Team, leading the strategic direction and execution of how the platform will build long term solutions by centering marginalized communities. The goal of this team is not only to provide better online experiences based on the feedback received, but look for ways to close societal and systemic gaps as and when they show up on the platform.
Prior to Instagram, Rachel was the Head of Product at Savage X Fenty. She also has a deep interest in advancing the craft of software design and development across the industry, with equity in mind.
