Quiana is an entrepreneur, strategic marketer, brand builder, and former bank Marketing AVP with over fifteen years 
of combined experience working for fortune 500 corporate companies, small businesses, and start-up organizations. During her first business venture, she garnered six-figure complimentary product placement and media coverage in the ESPY's, Trumpet Awards, Grammy Gifting Suites, The Kentucky Derby, Atlanta and Company, Essence, and Ebony Magazine, the official Tyra Banks website, and featured in the Steve Harvey Strayer Success Summit national commercial. As a kid-preneur, she sold handmade hair bows door-to-door and later opened a candy store in her parent's garage. Quiana is now the founder of Barazzo Bags. Barazzo recently pivoted due to COVID and is now developing smart shopping technology that's ideal for retailers and resorts to create a seamless, cashless, limited contact shopping experience that offers safety and convenience to shoppers post-COVID-19.

Quiana holds a BFA in Communication Design and an MBA in Marketing with combined experience from the University of Georgia, Georgia State, and Savannah College of Art. She recently earned a certificate of Entrepreneurship from Cornell University. As a Marketing Consultant, Ureeka Small Business Coach, and serial entrepreneur, Quiana is an avid fan of helping build, grow, and scale businesses.
