Priya earned her Masters in Organizational Change Management from The New School, Milano in New York City. Currently working in workforce development, focused on skills based, non traditional education, she specializes in activating power from within to translate into a purposeful career journey. Priya also facilitates leadership trainings to staff to young people, aged 18-24.
Additional to coaching, Priya specializes in workplace dynamics trainings, including diversity & inclusion trainings through her company Innergem. Priya Sodha is an active speaker, trainer & coach, focused on bridging the connection between talent and corporate culture.
