Priti Nemani is the founding attorney of Nemani Law, a boutique Chicagoland law firm focused on delivering attentive and careful legal representation to small businesses and families throughout Northern Illinois. Nemani Law services clients in the areas of commercial real estate transactions and leasing, corporate formation, general business matters, and estate planning, with an emphasis on open communication and client education within each attorney-client relationship. As one of Chicago’s few all female transactional law firms, Nemani Law works to lift up female entrepreneurs by empowering them as they begin their businesses by making setting up their company easy and cost-effective, while also providing tools for conquering networking and rainmaking in an authentic way.

Priti believes in volunteering the way she works and has served on the board for the South Asian Bar Association since 2017 and spearheaded their new mentorship program. She has also volunteered with the Girls Scouts, the Anti-Cruelty Society of Chicago, the Professional Women’s Club of Chicago, and the Goldie Initiative for Women in Commercial Real Estate.

Priti won the 2018 Alumna of the Year award from the Northern Illinois University College of Law, and Nemani Law was honored as the 2018 Firm of the Year by the South Asian Bar Association of Chicago. Priti has recently been named a 2020 Rising Star by Super Lawyers of Illinois.
