A Talent and OD practitioner who uses behavioral science and an understanding of organization goals, systems and strategy to maximize efficiency in the workplace. Over the last 25 yrs., working as an internal consultant to senior leadership teams, has supported organization wide change initiatives in learning, talent development and HR transformation.
Her passion is in learning design & delivery and interestingly has worked both in the corporate and development sector.
At DBS she leads the Talent team to shape, deliver and embed Talent strategies that build organisation culture and ensure sustained high performance. Integral to this is the development of hi potential talent in individuals and teams, contributing to building internal bench strength and a talent pipeline of future leaders. More recently she has taken on leading the “Digify” bank wide initiative to build the Digital Bankers of tomorrow and the Young Talent Pipeline programmes.
In the last 2 yrs she has been tasked with driving OD initiatives across the bank -Transforming PM beyond ratings, and Enabling Employee Engagement interventions that support building the Org culture . One of the ley initiatives she lead was Embedding a Coaching culture with a focus on grooming the next generation leaders in the Bank.
She has moved several roles at DBS, setting up the Leadership Institute and working with the Support unit to develop learning pathways that supports building a risk culture in the Bank.
Prior to DBS, she headed the Global Centers of Excellence at Credit Suisse as the Head of Learning & Development and at 3M India as Head of Learning, Talent & OD.
Driven by a strong need to give back to the community she spends her weekends volunteering with the Mountbatten CC and has worked with Enactus as a member of the group committed to building student capability in setting up social enterprises.
