Prashant is Lead Architect - EUC, Asia Pacific and Japan and CTO Ambassador in VMware. His filling of three patents was his stimulus to understand "use case" of customers and his organic career growth from Developer to System Engineer to Lead Architect.He is a passionate technologist associated with emerging technologies and proven results. During his professional career, he has worked in multiple countries like Israel, Canada and US.
He helps customers translate their business strategy into a technology vision and roadmap to deliver outcome. He leads salient EUC pre-sales customer engagements in Asia Pacific and Japan region. He is technology leader for APJ EUC Solution Engineering practice and works closely with Engineering Business Unit in Palo Alto.Prior to VMware, he worked with Cisco Systems as DataCenter Technology Lead and Specialist - APJ in vSystems Engineering team. He has mentored many of the brightest brains over his tenure of professional life.
He has published white paper titled "IBM Soflayer with VMware Horizon VDI". He has been honored with President's club, Best APJ EUC Desktop Systems Engineer - 2015 and MVP Specialist recognition in VMware.
