Madhavi is a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC 5.0), Certified Agile Coach and Scrum Trainer. She is a computer engineer with 11+ years of product delivery and leadership experience across the financial services domain, procurement, and vendor management. She has performed various roles as a business analyst, developer, configuration manager (continuous integration and deployment). She was leading product development using Scrum and Kanban framework with exposure to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) on the financial regulatory project.
Madhavi is Co-Founder of "Women In Agile Singapore", an extension of the global WiA initiative. She won Singapore’s "Excellent Service Award" for consecutive years for delivering the best client experience, with the nomination by 50+ business stakeholders.
