At Castlight Health, a healthcare navigation tool that helps employees make better healthcare decisions, Pierce is responsible for driving the growth, leading teams in product marketing, corporate marketing, business development, demand generation, revenue operations, and inside sales. Pierce joined Castlight through the strategic acquisition of Jiff, where he was the VP of Growth. As Jiff’s first business hire, he helped grow the company into a market-leading health benefit platform. Before that, he shaped digital health efforts at the US Department of Health and Human Services, where he was recognized by Forbes as one of "30 Under 30 Healthcare Leaders Changing the World." He spent the first five years of his career as a management consultant for the Monitor Group.
