A regular contributor/speaker/consultant in the fashion industry with over 30 years of experience in sales, publishing, advertising, and fashion.
Formerly a fashion features writer for Exposed Online which was distributed to over 70,000 subscribers in the Australian fashion & retail industry.
Phoebes is on the Advisory Board for Fashion Design Studio (TAFE NSW) one of Australia's leading fashion design courses which have seen graduates including Bianca Spender, Alex Perry, Akira Isogawa, Romance was Born, Ginger & Smart and many other leading astute designers.
Garland & Garland fashion was the only fashion brand management appointed to mentor designers with the founding Australian Fashion Industry Body, Australian Fashion Chamber, known now as Australian Fashion Council.
She is also a regular contributor to Ragtrader magazine.
An ambassador to not-for-profits - Shake it Up Australia and Adopt Change and an Entrepreneur in Resident for ASPIRE which mentors school children for their future careers.
