Philip is Commercial Director at Winnow Solutions, a UK-headquartered company making cutting edge technology to help chefs measure, monitor and reduce food waste. Winnow operates on a global basis with offices in London, Singapore, Dubai, and Shanghai.

Philip has a background in sustainability and cleantech, with 15 years’ experience in various commercial and management roles. Prior to Winnow, Philip worked at the venture capital firm, EcoMachines Ventures, investing in early-stage environmental technologies across Europe. Prior to this, he spent seven years at the clean energy-focused research firm, New Energy Finance. While at NEF, revenues grew from $300K to over $30m, and in 2010 the business was sold to Bloomberg. During his time at the firm, Philip worked out of Beijing, Tokyo and London.

Alongside his day job, he is an angel investor and advisor to a number of start-up companies in sustainability and technology. He has a degree from Bristol University and an MBA from London Business School.
