Peter is the co-founder and CEO of Mable, an online platform that connects older Australians and people with disability with Independent support workers in their local community. Peter was inspired to start Mable after his own experience of struggling to find the right home care solution for his parents.

Since inception in 2014, Peter and his co-founder Tony Charara have successfully steered Mable from startup to scale up; securing three rounds of

funding, more than doubling the business year on year and building the team to over 80+. Prior to starting Mable , Peter founded and directed businesses across financial services, hospitality and health and helped establish a non-profit foundation to improve educational outcomes for children in the Caribbean.
