Peter Backman has been practicing User Experience Design long enough that he doesn’t want to freely admit how long he’s been practicing it. His background includes an array of UXD leadership roles in startups, enterprises, consultancies and brands. Peter’s primary interest is finding a meaty, delicious User Experience challenge to solve and then set about to attacking it like a Honey Badger on Red Bull. Currently, Peter is leading the design team helping to launch and grow the new Oracle Bare Metal Cloud Services product in Seattle. During the rest of the 24 hours of each day he is constrained to, he can be found wrangling large dogs and small children while scheming ways to sneak board games, video games or freelance design projects into his constantly eroding free time.
