She has just started her own business, Penny Does Resumes, where she provides resume and cover letter support at an accessible price, as well as giving career advice.

Penny worked in marketing and advertising roles for eight years before discovering the science-fiction world of tech. Prior to her commercial career, Penny enjoyed a ten year elite gymnastics career, and competed at the 2004 Athens Olympic Games.
