Peggy is a senior Human Resources and Training Professional with 20+ years of experience in People Leadership roles within the multi-unit, fast-paced, high-growth service industry. Leadership experience includes working for great companies and brands that include Southwest Airlines, P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc., and, of course, most recently Union Square Hospitality Group (Shake Shack).
