You could call a person who lives her life in a constant state of curiosity, actualization and evolution an epiphanist. Or, if you’re on more familiar terms, you can call her Payal Beri. She’ll help you identify and capitalize on your own epiphanies. Because her superpower lies in her ability to share her unique experiences and perspectives with those around her, spreading empathy, opening hearts and enabling transformation.

A background with a masters in clinical psychology, a PhD (2021) in Organizational psychology and 10+ years experience developing global leadership programs for fortune 500 companies, she is a human behavior expert, speaker and women's leadership coach for women leading teams. After years of research, she designed a 3 pillar of leadership framework of compassion for self, empathy for others, and accountability for both that builds effective communication, increases trust, strengthens relationships.

As a speaker, Payal shares her thought leadership on demystifying perfectionism, imposter syndrome and reframing it from a lens that addresses intersectionality of women, societal conditioning and empowers women to create synergy between who they are and how they lead. Payal has worked with clients such as Groupon, McDonalds, I.c.stars, University of Michigan, University of Chicago Medicine- Ingalls Community Hospital. She continues to coach womxn leaders in the non-profit sector, women startup founders, and entrepreneurs in the midst of growing their team and building company culture.
