Paula Cizek is the Chief Research Officer of NOBL, where she eliminates dysfunction between leaders and teams, increasing engagement and productivity.
Navigating challenging workplaces is nothing new to Paula: her first job was as a youth soccer referee. Before joining NOBL, she was Innovation Manager at the IPG Media Lab, where she helped brands and media clients understand how emerging technology is changing the way companies can interact with customers. And as Senior Innovation Consultant at Mandalah, she worked with a roster of international clients, giving her unique insight into cultural differences in terms of both consumer behavior and company culture. She graduated from Georgetown University, majoring in Marketing and International Business.
