Paul Pagel founded 8th Light in 2006, and has been enabling developers to embrace quality software practices ever since. Under his direction as CEO, 8th Light has grown to employ more than 100 software crafters spread across offices on two continents. He has also overseen the evolution of the company’s apprenticeship program, which has trained more than 175 successful software professionals. Paul earned his Executive Masters of Business from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in the Spring of 2016, and received his Bachelor of Science in computer science from DePaul University in 2005.
