Paty is a Senior Data Scientist at ServiceNow focusing on operational and product analytics. She started off her career in healthcare analytics at Kaiser Permanente, analyzing patient data to improve population care for Kaiser's Northern California Medical Centers. She then jumped to Market research, working for Nielsen. There she worked for their data science department on proof of concepts for the retail and mobile side of the business. Her switch to Tech has been her most exciting experience. She led the analytics for GoPro's mobile apps, focusing on user engagement, growth, and product improvement. She also serves as a Measurement Adviser, helping non-profits quantify their impact.
