Building on her knowledge of the growth of the sharing economy, Patta saw an opportunity to spearhead a cook and share community that leverages the best of new technology and the unique startup foodie culture of Hong Kong. She founded BiteUnite in 2015 and opened the BiteUnite co-working kitchen in Wan Chai in 2016.
