Patrick Dogan has spent nearly a decade teaching teams how to use different data tools and translating their results into an actionable story—ranging from operations management to dynamic pricing of heavy equipment. Most recently, he works at Arby’s Restaurant Group, where he helps run the marketing analytics team where he focuses on using data to improve customer experience, optimize product offerings, and increase customer retention.
Patrick is passionate about teaching data and contextualizing results to students of all backgrounds. He manages to use spreadsheets to improve all of his hobbies and volunteer activities such as ultimate frisbee, neighborhood fundraisers, and a southern literature book club.
