Patricia Lepiani is an experienced marketing strategist, market researcher and brand developer. She has had the opportunity to live, study, and work in Latin America, Europe and the United States. Patricia has worked with organizations such as Cisneros Group, AOL and DirectTV Latin America, Pizza Hut, PuebloXtra Supermarkets, and MoneyGram International.
As President of The Idea Marketing, Patricia has applied her marketing expertise to an array of for-profit, nonprofit and government organizations including Denver Zoo, City and County of Denver, Mental Health Center of Denver, ACCION, Denver Housing Authority, Comcast, Nurse Family Partnership, RTD, Small Business Administration, Colorado Department of Education, and Washington Department of Health, Colorado Department of Health and Public Environment, among others.
Patricia holds dual MBAs from the IESA (Venezuela) and the ESCEM (France), an MS in Marketing Strategy from the University of Denver (Daniels College of Business), and a BA in Mass Communications.
Furthermore, she has made her business one of the Top 500 Hispanic Businesses in the US (awarded in 2012 and 2013) along with a Top 100 Diverse Business in the State of Colorado (awarded 2014 and 2015). Moreover, in 2018 The Idea Marketing was included in the Top 100 Women Owned Companies in the State of Colorado, and won the Booming Biz Award (2017) from Colorado Biz Magazine.
Patricia holds dual MBAs from the ESCEM (France) and the IESA (Venezuela), a MS in Marketing Strategy from the University of Denver (Daniels College of Business), and a B.A. in Mass Communications. She is a former adjunct professor of marketing for the MBA program at Daniels College of Business at The University of Denver.
Patricia currently sits on the board of Denver Botanic Gardens. She has also served on the boards of Mi Casa Resource Center, ProjectWise, Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce, and the Denver Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
