Pat Dwyer is the Founder and Director of The Purpose Business (TPB) - Hong Kong’s first 360-degree network of sustainability and business advisers who work with Asian organisations to align their purpose with their business and brand goals.
She has over 15 years of sustainability leadership experience, most recently as global head of CSR and sustainability for Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.
Under her leadership, Shangri-La became the only Asian hotel group to be recognised in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index and has succeeded in the bold move of removing shark's fin from the menus. She is a member of the World Economic Forum (WEF) Young Global Leaders class of 2015, continues to serve in the Corporate Alliances Committee of the Make a Wish Foundation and the Sustainability Committee of the Hong Kong Management Association.
