Parrys is a 23-year old consultant, entrepreneur, director, international public speaker, intergenerational connector, law student and four-time Australian representative to the United Nations Environment Programme.

At the age of 14 Parrys founded her first business, Climate Girl, as an educational storytelling tool to spread awareness of environmental issues and sustainability to young people. The primary focus is educating young global citizens, inspire and empower them to take action locally on sustainability issues that ultimately benefit the communities they live in.

Since then, Parrys has educated thousands of young people in the schoolyard and business leaders in the boardroom about the importance of sustainability and social entrepreneurship. She has collaborated with international corporates, charities and social enterprises to highlight the importance of solution based approaches for creating a sustainable future for future generations through an intergenerational approach. In 2017 Parrys completed her law degree as she is passionate about climate justice.

Parrys is a non-executive Director of the Future Business Council representing the next generation of sustainable, ethical and innovative business, and was the inaugural CEO of the Future Business Generation (FBGen) which provides the platform for young people to discuss today’s solutions for tomorrow’s issues.

Parrys currently works as a consultant with EY in the Climate Change and Sustainability Services team advising clients on their sustainability strategies, including amongst, other key issues, waste.
