Paris Alston is a Digital Production Assistant for WGBH News. A North Carolina native, she studied Broadcast Journalism and Global Studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she worked for the school's student newscast, Carolina Week, and served as a board member for the school's newspaper, The Daily Tar Heel. Before coming to WGBH, she held internships at Comcast, WCAU-TV/NBC-10 Philadelphia, UNC-TV, and NBC Sports, and did not leave home when it snowed.
