Pam Kingpetcharat is Chief Operating & Financial Officer for Achievement Network. Formerly Innovations for Poverty Action's (IPA) Chief Information Officer, Pam was responsible for developing, overseeing, and implementing IPA’s data management and information technology strategies to further its mission and increase organizational efficiency. Prior to joining IPA, Pam served as the Chief Administrative Officer of Human Rights First and then as Uncommon Schools' Senior Director of Data & IT. As a strategy consultant and Manager at Dalberg Global Development Advisors, Pam advised multinational corporations, multilateral organizations, and government agencies on ICT policy, strategy and operations management, public finance management and reform, change management, and organizational effectiveness. Her work history includes the US Peace Corps, Accenture, Merrill Lynch & Co, and the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. She holds a Master of Public Administration in International Development degree from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government and has a B.A. in Economics from Reed College.
